What we do as your Athens property manager:

• Perform move in walk throughs at lease commencement and move out walk throughs at lease end
• Collect rents and perform Owner distributions via EFT
• Manage all service calls and schedule repairs with licensed and insured vendors who offer preferred pricing
• Provide detailed accounting reports and statements at year end and on demand

  Our marketing for your property will be comprehensive. Beginning with professional photos and thoughtful marketing content that will be broadcast from our website and our Association of Realtors professional database, then syndicated across top third-party websites. • Tenant Screening

  We partner with a third party that completes a thorough screening of all applicants. Credit checks, criminal backround checks, eviction history, employment verification, proof of income, rental history and personal conversations with our staff all contribute to the due diligence we will perform on your behalf.

• Rent Collection

  Rent payment expectations are clearly communicated to existing tenants and their payments are made easily through their tenant portals. Owner distributions will be received via EFT and are accompanied by a detailed income statement we generate and provide on a monthly basis.

• Maintenance

  One of our primary goals is to take this portion of investment real estate ownership off your plate. We will respond directly to tenants regarding maintenance issues and schedule repairs with our licensed and insured vendors. In the event a significant issue is brought to our attention we will reach out to our Owners directly to discuss the best course of action before authorizing repairs.
